"Lousy management and a place full of lies"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Very hard to work with staff members that were terribly trained as well as more worried about one another rather than the job itself."

Current Employee - Employee says

"- Immature management - Incompetent owners (they don't understand how things actually work in the stores, generally hostile and accusatory of staff)"

Former Employee - Sales Associate says

"management was pretty much nonexsitent, never saw the owner or the GM. everyone bosses everyone around, all the girls act like teenage drama queens. i wasn't paid for 3 days i worked and it was all done cash. i'm not even sure how legal the whole place is run."

Former Employee - Team Member says

"the owners do not know how to run a business efficiently"

Beverage creation and cashier (Former Employee) says

"The manager is terrible and not all the workers are chill. Don’t work here, it’s a disaster. The manager is racist and very fake. She can be mad at you but if a customer walks in she’ll instantly have a smile. I hope stupid Shaned gets fired."

Food prep (Former Employee) says

"Worked here for alittle over a year and not quite sure why I stayed for so long. Checks would come in days late but as an employee I was expected to arrive on time everyday and push sales. Which isn’t a problem, but with my check coming in late every week it just wasn’t fair. Additionally, being alone and closing the shop alone was too much for one person to do. The manager would complain for having sticky floors and insisted on mopping 3-4 times a night. I felt guilty using dirty and sometimes outdated equipment and serving it to costumers! But I had no choice. The manager was really cheap and insisted on us (me and my fellow coworkers) to do the most work with as little pay as possible. In general stay away from the place! Both as a costumer for health reasons and an employee and I’m sure you’ll find a better job somewhere else.Fast pacedShort breaks, Low Pay and Late checks"

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) says

"A typical day at red mango wasn't too terrible if the owner sam didn't stop by that day. the workplace culture was just unhealthy unsupportive and aggressive"

staff (Current Employee) says

"terrible management. a lot of drama. never get breaks unless there are no customers in the store. Getting Paid correctly and money missing from the drawer is the hardest part of the job.noneshort on checks, not enough workers"

Food Server/Cashier/Key Holder (Former Employee) says

"Management was incredibly rude and didn't provide what they needed for the workers or company to be successful. The store went out of business shortly after I quit. Owner/manager didn't understand proper cleaning techniques or how to properly run a business. Stole tip money from employees. Was never present except to get money. My paycheck was always short. every chaotic environment with no order or sense of responsibility from other employees. 15-17 year olds were working with 0 supervision and left the store a disaster.everything"

Customer Service (Former Employee) says

"Is a toxic work place, the owners and also the management. They do not know how to treat an employee and in other situations neither a customer. Employees do not have benefits and most of the time we were not granted of vacations or sick days.nothingEmployee is not important for the company."

Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) says

"The manager's don't have a strategy and they don't schedule the employees right. The manager is so rude and does not treat the employees with respect."

CSR - Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) says

"The place in where I work sucks. It's really bad. They have a disorganized place. Makes you want to leave horribly and it does not satisfy the customers fully experience."

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"A typical day at work included shining the front counters to look presentable for customers, preparing food, running the cash register, keeping the store clean, keeping the yogurt machines full and clean, preparing backups for supplies and stocking them. I learned that hard work, punctuality, and honesty does ensure success, I believe I was let go because the store owners husband was a pervert who preferred to hire attractive girls my age (19) regardless of their work performance. It would also explain why every guy that has worked there ends up being fired within 8 months. My co - workers were great people, very reliable, honest, hard working, and fun to work with. The hardest part of the job was taking apart and putting the machines back together for maintenance. The most enjoyable part of the job was spending time with my co- workers.Free yogurt and food while on the clock.Manager was a dimwit, store owner was married to a sexist pig"

Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) says

"It might seem like a good first job but the established is poorly run absolutely disgusting. By the end of my training I was training someone else, they training was not helpful. Manager was Never there to help or to answer questions you had. We were always out of everything"

Employee (Former Employee) says

"Worst employment ever!, they take months to review your employment, and after finally getting the job the work is hard, and low paying, I do not recommend working hereNoneLow pay, lots of work, lack of communication"

Shift Leader (Former Employee) says

"Great job, great coworkers. Management is terrible. Will take hours away from you if she decides not to like you; Just very unprofessional. I am glad I decided to quit when I did. Too much drama for a froyo place. If you don't do something her way you will get yelled at so beware. Just save yourself the headache and do not work here"

Store Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Why isn't zero stars a rating? The Chinese boss steals money from the owner all the time, which the owner chooses to ignore. The use fruit about to go moldy (or cut off the moldy buts and use the rest). Plus they never throw out the yogurt like they're supposed to.NothingLiterally everything."

Crew Member and Cashier (Former Employee) says

"Extremely poor unprofessional management and communication. A great starter job for teenagers. Not a stable, steady job you can live off of. A job for spare money.NoneAll"

Team Member (Former Employee) says

"There are absolutely no breaks allowed or you'll be written up. You can't take a break even if you work for eight hours straight. The employees break the health code and I've found mold and dead flies several times in the food and kitchen area because of lack of cleaning. The owners have been known to actually scream and yell at employees and they simply get away with it because they are backed by a law firm. The co-workers are nice but most of them do not do their job well and are lazy and will sit in the customer area for almost their whole shift without cleaning or refilling anything the whole time. In fact several employees I know have plugged in their laptops in the customer lobby and watched television and videos on them. I was let go because I couldn't service a customer due to the fact that it was past closing time and I had already closed the till and turned off the machine.Free yogurt, Lots of hoursBad management, No breaks, Irresponsible employees, Broken health code"

Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Decent job for a kid. Manager was totally awful, but owner was great. Would not return to another location. Customers are stuck up and awful. Company is okay."

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) says

"The family who owns this franchise was a very difficult family to work with, and had extreme expectations of the management, for very low pay. I had amazing co-workers, but the requirements of being on-call, and working over 40 hours a week did not work with my college schedule."

Customer Service Representative/ Cashier (Former Employee) says

"I learned how to cut fruit professional, provide great customer service, and help the employees.free desertsvery low pay and bad hours"

Crew Member (Former Employee) says

"okay, so red mango was not cute. my manager was wild, like she literally went nuts over a missing peanut butter scooper. the whole thing was just bad energy and it was seriously not cute.n/athe entire job"

server/cashier (Former Employee) says

"red mango was a fun, relaxed job, but they need better management. I struggled when the shifts changed to only one person there per shift. I was required to clean 2 machines a day while taking care of customers.relaxed, madde freinds, discounts.low pay, long hours, and you work by youeself."
